We can review enquiries for plain bushes, sleeves, mounting spacers, stand-offs and stepped components. Material and manufacturing suitability are confirmed for each project.
Tell us what the part needs to fit and how it will be used. If you are unsure about the design, we can discuss the information needed before manufacture.
What to send for a quote
For a simple bush or spacer, include:
- Outside diameter.
- Inside diameter or required hole size.
- Overall length.
- Material and quantity.
- Any critical tolerances or fit requirements.
- Your delivery postcode.
For stepped parts, flanges or threaded features, please include a drawing or dimensioned sketch. Photographs are useful for context, but may not provide enough information to reproduce an accurately fitting part.
Replacing an existing component?
Send photographs and the dimensions you have. We may need to inspect and measure the original component, particularly where wear or damage makes its original size uncertain.
Price and lead time
Each project is quoted individually based on material, dimensions, quantity and machining requirements. Any necessary design or measurement work is agreed before proceeding.
We usually respond to enquiries within one business day. Manufacturing lead time is confirmed with your quotation.
